Delivery 

Most in stock orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Items which are made to order can take up to 8 weeks, a timescale for specific items is given in their individual listing. This includes most wedding and engagement rings.

If you would like an estimate on made to order items before ordering then please contact us. If there is likely to be any delay in sending out your order you will be contacted by e-mail asap. Rush orders can be accepted in some cases.

Postage 

We post all sales over £100 free of charge within the UK (Delivery in 1-2 days from dispatch) by Royal Mail as standard. Parcels under £100 in value are charged at £3.80. A fully insured, special delivery service is also offered at an additional cost of £8.50.

Postage to Europe and the rest of the world is done by Royal Mail international tracked and signed service at a cost of £14.

We accept no liability for when Royal Mail fails to deliver but will do our utmost to trace all parcels we send.
