Refund policy

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, if for any reason you are not, goods purchased online can be returned within 7 working days of purchase, they must be unworn and as new. Goods returned after this period will be credited to you with a credit note for the cost of the jewellery. 

Due to hygiene reasons, we regret that we may be unable to accept the return of earrings. 

If your jewellery does not fit correctly (e.g. you have ordered the wrong ring size or chain length) please contact Angela as adjustments can usually be made, however a fee may apply for postage. 

Specially commissioned and made to order pieces cannot be returned due to their individual nature.

Returns should be sent to: A.Evans, Siop iard, 7B Palace Street, Caernarfon, Gwynedd, LL55 1RR. We suggest that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
