"a little bird told me"
Each collection of sterling silver jewellery is inspired by one particular memory.
When my recollections are combined with both traditional and modern jewellery making techniques, the results are unique collections of work that recapture moments in my life.
I accept commissions for sterling silver, gold and platinum jewellery in various scales and styles of work.

For this collection of sterling silver jewellery i have combined jewellery and textile techniques to create a collection of work inspired by time spent with my great-grandmother crocheting dollies clothes and playing 'dress up' with her glamorous 1930's fashions.
I exhibit both my sterling silver jewellery collections across the UK and i also have a number of pieces which explore my concepts and ideas more widely which are for exhibtion only. I will be hosting my first solo exhibtion in late 2012 at Oriel Ynys Mon, Llangefni.

I am a lecturer in 3D design and jewellery at Coleg Menai, Bangor and Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor, Dolgellau but i also hold regular courses for all abilities at my workshop in the unique surroundings of Parc Glynllifon .
The jewellery courses i run include working with copper, sterling silver jewellery, wore work and numerous beading workshops. These are held as part of courses from the park's resident artists called 'iard'

Sterling silver jewellery with granulated copper recaptures a childhood game of hide and seek amongst a fern covered mountain side in North Wales. The fern's distinctive shape and rust coloured spores fascinated me with their colour and continuity of shape.
